Hi Charles,
Yeah, really. I wrote that news letter to keep everyone apprised of the
situation, explain where we are, and there is always a few people who
want to know why the game isn't available yet. Its certainly irritating
having to explain the same thing over and over again.
Cheers!
Hi Charles,
Interesting. Well, right now developing software for smart phones isn't
high on my list just because I'm so tied up with other projects.
Although, eventually I'll probably look at marketing some games for the
iPhone because its a huge market.

Hi Michael,
Well, all I can say is you did something wrong. The user name for the
accounts must exactly match or it won't work. When I reinstall an OS I
make sure the login is exactly the same on all systems so that the
product keys for each computer will still work after a reinstall.

Talk to GMA. Its their licensing system. Obviously the key generated was

Hi,
Same here. I keep the e-mails with the name and product key and paste
them into the proper fields so I am sure they match. I've accidentally
typed my name or product key incorrectly enough times to know copying
and pasting is the best way to enter them.

I've put it back on my site. It's still pretty early beta, but a lot of

First and foremost, the targeting system works properly now. At first, you

I'd like an accessible hit counter for my site. Any ideas on how to do it?

I just think that swamp's death in general should be handled slightly
better: when you die you lose everything you've picked up, it seemed to me.
Not sure how true that is... if someone could clarify then that would be
great.

Hey tanks much for this Phil. Yeah definitely brings back lots of fond
memories from my junior high and high school days. I actually still have
two working Atari 2600 systems and numerous games including of course

Speaking of Atari stuff, just got a Droid4 Android phone last week
I think we have the movie Predator to thank for that bit of fictional

Yes. Going to the safe zone and pressing escape twice effectively saves
everything, but there are a few exceptions.

Hi,
In swamp after levelling up I decided to level up my character and put the
point into health. It said I would gain 2% for every point spent here but I
have noticed when I leave the game and come back rather than restoring my
health to 100% its now only restores it to 98%, and after dyeing
That's not a bug. Let's say that your health bottle got bigger, but the
ammount of health you always start with is the same--so now your bottle is
98% full. The next time you use a med kit it'll go up to 10% and be more
than what it was before you added the health point.

What's happening is that the safe zone is restoring your health to 100/102.
Since your max health is now 102, you see it reporting 98% health. The same
thing will happen when you use med kits, in that they will report slightly less
than 20% restored. What is happening is that the status command
That makes sense now, I think I was expecting it to alter my health to 102%

Hi,
I googled this, and it looks like you are missing a dependency. Ken, are
your games perhaps written in vb6? If so, I don't believe windows 8 comes
with the vb runtime libraries, so you'll have to install that.

Hi Dallas,
Make sure you have installed the VB 6 runtime environment as well as the
DirectX 8 VB libraries. Both can be installed via Jim Kitchens Winkit setup.
