Re: [Audyssey] Microsoft Flight simulator and Itsyourplane
Hello Nick, I understand your point of view, but I think you are a bit pretentious when you say I cover everything and more in my tutorial. Of course, your tutorial is very good and rather well covers the whole topic of flying with FS9 and ItsYourPlane, but I don't think that putting together and offering a way to download the work of several persons should be considered as a waste of time. I maintain my ofer to host the files of the BPP project, including your excellent tutorial. I really think that having a real server hosting the files is better than sharing SendSpace links that expire after a few weeks. Nick, if you agree, I propose to upload your tutorial on my server so that we have a permanent link for the download. I will then provide an access to the FTP server for the persons who want to upload FS9 and FSX related materials. Cheers, Olivier Le 30/08/2011 19:26, Nick Helms a écrit : Nothing against Harron and John, but uploading the entire blind pilot's project would be counterproductive, since I cover everything and more in my tutorial. That should answer all of your questions pertaining to IYP and FS9. If it doesn't, you can let one of us know, as I believe I provide contact info at the end of the podcast. If I didn't include it for the others, email me privately and I can provide it. The only file from the BPP that would be bennaficial as a in addition to my tutorial would be Harron's demo of FS9 with radar contact. best, Nick On 8/30/11, Olivier BERTolivier.b...@terramitica.net wrote: Hi Shaun, I have a dedicated server with 1GB bandwidth and probably enough free disk space to host a copy of the Blind Pilots project files.
