This is a problem I also experienced, but fortunately the solution is
simple enough.
Go to c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\
You'll need to create a folder named BPCPrograms and in that folder
another named TDV.
Once that's done the download should work properly.

sorry, pal, but that is just a typical .NET message telling you to
enable just in time debugging. Since you don't have the source code
obviously you can't do that. Usually, the details of the crash appears
below that just in time debugging crap.

I have the same issue. So I manually put the LIC file in to the tdv
doler in program files, bpc programs, tdv. now it says my game is
registered, but my license is not valid for this version?

you will place your lock file, and then enter your client ID, click download
