[Audyssey] Choice of games accessibility on android?

2014-05-04 Thread Milos Przic
Hi all,
I downloaded the Choice of Broadsides to experiment a little with a free title
before I buy something, and am not sure if one can actually play using
talkback. I read the screen without problems, but a double click on the Next
Button when I swipe to it doesn't work, so I can't pass the first screen. When
I try to find the buttons by touching and not by swiping, I can't find
anything...
Does anyone have experience with these games on Android?
Thanks to all in advance, and best regards!

It is possible. I have played through Choice of Broadsides and Choice of
Kung Fu on my nexus 4. What's odd is that accessibility seems to change and
get better after the first few screens. There are some oddities though:
choice items are read twice if you are swiping through the options. Touch
by explore seemed really laggy for some reason.

Hi Chris,
I can't even pass the first screen... Did you use some unusual gestures? Did
you somehow find the next button on the screen with help from a sided
person? Swiping and clicking just doesn't work for me...

Best!

Re: [Audyssey] Choice of games accessibility on android?

2014-05-04 Thread dark

Hi Milo.
Have you checked the choice of action you want? on both the ios and website
versions, you can't hit the next button until you've put a chedck next to
what choice you would like.

I do know people have! played the games on android, so I am certain they are
accessible, but I'm afraid having no experience with the platform or with
talkback I can't say how.

If nobody knows here you could also try asking on the audiogames.net forum
sinse I know there are any android users there some of whom have certainly
played the choiceofgames.

Hth.

All the best,

Dark.

Re: [Audyssey] Choice of games accessibility on android?

2014-05-04 Thread dark

That is weerd hris.

I've played through all of broadsides on my Iphone and it seemed absolutely
fine. The only miner issue I found was that if you had Vo on continuous read
with the downward double swipe and the add pannel at the bottom changed,
then vo would stop speaking, which could get annoying when reading long
passages of text but was by no means a major access hassle, and of course
only applies to the free games with add pannels anyway.

All the best,

Dark.
