Hi Dark,
That's why I said I'm not sure if Linux would be a viable solution for
you personally. You already have everything you want/need so there
isn't any pressing advantage to upgrade or change other than security

Hi Tom.
As I have said before I don't tend to bother with upgrades unless they do

Hi Dark
Well, obviously there is a bit of a learning curve involved in using
Linux since some of the terminology is different, different keyboard
commands, and so on, butt Linux itself is not hyper complex.
Conceptually speaking, the Linux graphical environments such as Gnome,

Hi Dark,
Oh, I totally understand where you are coming from. One of my own
major frustrations is that while I am a fan of open source software
such as Linux it isn't always possible to find comparable software in
certain areas. This is especially true when it comes to audio games

Hi Tom.
I agree about models, but once more we're back to the problem of software. I

Hi Dark,
Well, that is precisely why I have been migrating towards a complete
open source platform like Linux. It isn't just an issue of money, but

Hi,
I wouldn't be so sure of that. Remember all of the existing games for

To be honest I can understand that with draconis though, given there keys
are none machine specific, meaning that backing keys up is very much the
responsability of the customer, sinse then whatever a customer does

However also note that with draconis, keys aren't computer specific. I'm

Hi Will,
The best place to ask this question would be
supp...@draconisentertainment.com. Last I heard a replacement key only
cost something like $5.00 USD. They don't charge full price for a key
replacement for an existing version you own.

Hello all,
I installed Windows 7 Home Premium X64 yesterday, and discovered that the
Draconis games at least installed without issues on this platform. So they
should also work under this platform too.
Thought I'd let you know.

Hi Will,
That is a good question. Obviously, it is up to Josh to answer these
questions specifically, but I have a couple ideas of what might or might
not happen.
Since these are complete rewrites of the games Draconis is well with in
their rights to charge full price for these upgraded games.
would depend on the company but I'd expect you wouldn't, ofcause who know if
the reg system was different and if the game was seperate then you probably
would have.
although if the games were just put in a mac and you had multiplatform you may
have to pay for the upgrade or not.

Hi Bryan,
Well, you can get some of the coins if you are careful, but you really
