Well unfortunately Jaws access to the game is stil being worked on. The recent update was said to improve things though, though how well it does I'm afraid I don't know, - actually with hal, everything in 1.1B seems to look exactly the same way it did before. Most certainly Yes, and absolutely, totally, completely, unassuredly, sincerely, distinctly, deffinately, utterly, unreservedly yes! smugglers 4 has even more replay value than S3, and that had a fair amount (though could get a bit slow with the trading). Sinse S4 is much more mission and battle based though if you want to go down that route, everything in the game you play. You can also vary things by the style you play, what profession and methods you choose to use in the game etc. Beware the Grue!
