Hi Shaun, The GMA product keys are user account specific too. I've noticed if I reinstall Windows and use say tward as the user name, and reinstall and use a user name like Thomas the keys no longer work. However, if I use the same user name, same Windows, and PC they work just fine. So the GMA product ID system uses quite a lot of personal information when creating those keys. gtc 1.20 sod 1.1 trek 501 lw3.5 you will get codes with trek 2000 its a straight name and key with the rest its based on your system id. if you have any id changers then you are stuffed. whenever you reformat though your id will probably change not sure. if you have an image like my laptop as long as the windows id does not change then that should be ok for the life of the system. you will get a serial and key comprised of part of the credit card number, I think its added somehow phill knows more than me. and your user number, I think your name is encripted in that and maybe something else. Hi Michael, I put the ordering wizard in the Sarah game as at the time Draconis did not have a easy to use shopping cart ready but now it is working well. You should try their shopping cart. http://www.draconisentertainment.com If you can not use their shopping cart I could submit your information through the same shopping cart which would take longer than you doing the same thing as they require more information such as your security code and mailing address now. Once I get a reply from draconis I can send out your registration that will turn the demo version to a registered one and allow you to play the full game. I sent you this information directly, but it might have been blocked.
