You can see there is not the overstriking part of the first log.0 in the

Hi, all
I would like to know wether GEM5 supports the simulation in two nodes
with different ISAs, i.e. X86 and ARM?
Because I want to run bench in a two-nodes gem5, but the nodes have
different ISA and system, such as X86 and ARM, Android and Linux.

r, it's not supported out of the box and you need to

* Why do I chroot to mnt/ only with the image--linux-aarch32-ael.img,
not aarch64-ubuntu-trusty-headless.img and
aarch32-ubuntu-trusty-headless.img? My computer is Mac with Ubuntu64

Hi Xiaolong,
You should follow the steps how to get started in the dist-gem5 official
website [1]. And there are some tutorials there.

Hi Xiaolong,
Could you give more detials about your simulation, such as .rcS and .sh
script, and your output file log.X and systest.terminal?

hi all,
I found if I wanted to kill one dist-gem5 process by press ‘ctrl + c’ as
killing the gem5 process, all the dist-gem5 processes would be killed. So
what is the right way to kill certain dist-gem5 process I do not want to
run?

not
finish the checkpoint actually.
Due to solve it, I added a command “sleep 5” before or after the command
“/sbin/m5 checkpoint 1” in the file boot.easy.ckpt.rcS but failed. The
attachments is my scripts and output files.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi Mohammad,
Thanks for your reply. I am thinking if there are some functions detecting
the initialization status automatically. This function runs in the back end
of gem5 process, so I can create a checkpoint in a heterogeneous cluster
using the original boot script.
