Nothing except for the incubator site, itself, should be in that repository.

Today, I have uploaded the latest source code in
CVS. After that I have tried to update the incubator
ftpserver site (cvs module -
incubator-site/build/site/projects/ftpserver). But
looks like I do not have the access right to do that.
