Are there any really good XML tutorials on the web, or perhaps a book
that is actually useful?
Also, which libs do people preffer for dealing with XML?
I am contemplating messing arround with XML for data files for a project
I want to mess with.

What is the way to send a console warning to anyone logged on a machine before
I reboot it?
If the user is logged on a console I will only need to send it to the console;
in addition if the user is running webmin, or phpadmin, then I would really
like a popup of sorts to alert them to

I find it convenient using ufed - the ncurses USE flag editor - to
change/set USE flags.
