I recompile my system using this new flag and have a lot of problems.
an examples new xorg-server-1.5... would not compile, I switch back to my previous settings:
-march=athlon64 and it compiled on first pass.
So, now I'm recompiling the system with my old flag: -march=athlon64 :-/

This came up yesterday. Go into KDE Control Centre/System Admin/Login
it makes me wander, when I created the new user using the KDE
user manager it defaults to 500, 5001 etc. But I think when creating
the user using the command line the UID will be 1000, 1001 etc isn't it?

I just upgraded to OpenOffice 2.0.1 but it seems to me that certain
fonts that came with OpenOffice will not print on the printer, they are
being substituted to something else. Example Becker font will not
