I have a question -- where would lvm put a snapshot and how could I pass

aded grml 10.4 live cd and had no problems with the dhcp. Try
dhcpcd or pump manually -- I bet its some imcompatibility between the
software and the router.

What I do in those cases is to copy the kernel and the initrd of the

You don't need to invalidate the journal or mount ext2, just use -f if

Well, I did have two versions in there -- there was a 0.9.12 and when I
got rid of that things went back to normal -- its emerging 32 packages
now. I deleted it from the world file as well.

to take ovver vt7 even though it is in use by a login prompt -- I

use uvesafb and it works without X -- I get 60x164, depending on the
resolution your mileage may vary.

For this to work you need uvesafb to be built in to the kernel -- at
least that is the way it worked for me.
