Hi Mihail,
the correct answer probably depends on the way your route segments are
available. Assuming you have them as a single LineString geometry where the
end points are the first and last point of the LineString one way to show
them would be to use the startPoint and/or endPoint functions
Hello List,
I tried to configure jdbcconfig extension for GeoServer. It works good -
saves settings to PosgreSQL and all 3 clusters can successfully Access it.
But I notice one thing - jdbcconfig has no impact for TileCaching ( Tile
Layers) - changes on master GeoServer instance for Tile
Hi Paulius,
I'm not sure to understand exactly what do you mean with impact on
TileCaching, what exactly you want to do?
GeoWebCache saves the tiles on the mass storage, if you change the layer
you have to invalidate the cache in order to regenerate the new tiles. The
jdbcconfig module has no
Hi Alessio,
I have 3 GeoServer clustered instances with load balancing.
After I installed jdbcconfig module I added new layer on one GeoServer
instance. I understand that with jdbcconfig module settings are stored on
PostgreSQL and sinchronized between other instances (using same data dir).

Hello Group!
Is there a solution to getting a collection of GeoTiffs into GeoServer
without using REST or the Import Data feature (available only in the Suite)?
Thanks, DFM

Hi Steve,
I never saw that error but what's about the upgrade?
Can you describe the steps you did for the upgrade? (Have you cleaned the
tomcat temp and work dirs? Are other webapps deployed on that Tomcat
instance? Have you used tomcat manager?)
Can you paste the startup log? Did you see any
Hi Rodrigo,
I had the same problem. By default the tiles are stored in the temp folder
of Tomcat, which gets flushed on a restart.
You have to set GEOWEBCACHE_CACHE_DIR to another folder.

Hello everyone,
I've been away from the geoserver community for a while,
but I am back now looking to upgrade our working Geoserver

Hi Anne,
I was able to replicate the issue.
I will take a look on it as soon as possible.

Ciao David,
adding to Alessio's email.
The standard option is create a quick script using for instance CURL
(it works on both windows and linux) to submit geotiff files to
geoserver.

It seems I have seen a lot about improved/new NetCDF support in GeoServer
change logs, release, notes, etc. lately. However, I don't seem to be able
to uncover any documentation on how to actually use NetCDF as a data source
in GeoServer.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
Thanks,
Hello Mike,
currently the NetCDF stuff is not yet fully backported to GeoServer 2.4.x,
so basically for a while building the NetCDF stuff and using it can be done
only through some GeoServer forks around.
In any case, if you want to do some tests and start playing with it, here
Hi All,
Jonathan is correct. The user name is the database name so I can use it to log
in via sql developer or sqlplus.
I can connect directly via ArcGIS and via FME. The string I use in the instance
section for ArcGIS and for FME is sde:oracle11g:TESTDB.COM.AU, which is a
