Yeah, I reckon I do. Because you see, there is a lot of kakadu stuff in the
plugin zips I have poured into the lib folder on the server. In the GDAL
plugin there is imageio-ext-gdalkakadujp2-1.3.10.jar, and in the jp2k there
are imageio-ext-kakadu-1.3.10.jar as well

1) Does this table belong in the public schema, or the schema to which you
are storing data? The latter doesn't seem to make sense since the
schema_name field would be redundant.
