Yeah, I imagine someone that actually had ojbc-14.jar just accidentally
committed their project file. I'm working on getting real permission to
redistribute, but we don't have it yet...

Currently AbstractResourceCollection doesn;t allow subclasses to throw
any exceptions in openIterator() and closeIterator(). Which makes sense
since the java.util.Collection#iterator() doesnt support any exceptions.
