Hmmm... it seems silly that false == BigInteger.instanceOf(155).equals(new BigInteger(155)), which is like what you're getting the assertion failure at.. I've just committed an instanceof BigInteger assertion prior to that one, and passes to me. Can you svn update and run the wfs tests again?
