To answer Andrea, all 4 of us who worked on this during the winter
sent all the required agreement documents by mail so the IP for the
entire unsupported/jdbc-ng/jdbc-ingres/ tree should be clean.
Of course I'm assuming sending implies delivery as I had no way to
confirm that. Who should know?

Alright, you have been accepted as part of the Geotools project on
codehaus which should give you access to jira and confluence.
For commit access I assume your osgeo id is the same as your codhaus
one? atrofast?

I've now got accounts in all four places (I had one at osgeo from my
work with GEOS and GDAL already) but the other three were new.
I clicked the Developer application button and it now says it's pending :)
