It said 0.6.6 as that was what worked with rst2pdf. I changed it to say nothing
- trusting easy_install to get the latest.

Ok my bad indeed. There were two files to update. Updated and the pages are
restored.

Well we as a community made plans when we adopted sphinx. Volunteer effort
seems to be a bit lacking :-)
My next plans are to sort out duplication between user guide and tutorials with
mbedward.
What would be great is if we could adopt the geotools styling (rather than
osgeo) with the addition

Hi all,
Sorry for not having time to help out with the sphinx issues. What is
the current state of the issue? It sounds like the problem was the pdf
generation configuration? Hudson seems happy again. Let me know if there
is anything i can do.
