Hi devs, just a heads-up ...
I noticed that GIMP is, by far, the slowest app to install on Windows.
_Much_ slower than, for instance, LibreOffice that is about 1/3 bigger.
Why is it so? Perhaps a too aggressive compression of the package?

With GIMP 2.8 (git compiled) when I do a Windows-Hide docks and
restart, if GIMP is in multi-windows mode it does what expected. If it
starts in single window mode it shows the docks, option enabled or not.
Is this a bug?
