I do this with the clone tool at a transparency setting that I have to
experiment with to get the effect I want. Just clone a part of the face
close by. Also I experiment with the
size of the brush. Takes a little practice, but I have good luck with it.

I can't remember if I asked this before or not, but does anybody make
