The port to GIMP 2.2.3 and GTK+ 2.6 was easier than I thought it would
be. I thought I'd have more trouble figuring out those pesky
TreeViewModel's, but that went over much easier than I expected. Cscope
makes making mass changes so easy, too.
This release is a complete port to both GIMP 2.2

As you are using Windows, there is an easy way to install the help
files. There's an installer for the help at this website:
http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.html -- Look for Gimp Help 2
under the "Additional Packages" heading.

2.2.3 & It is Fantastic. I only had a minor problem that I resolved

It is known incremental scaling produces better results than one-step
scaling. Is it possible to add "steps" listbox (with the default value
1) to the future GIMP scaling dialog to provide automatic incremetal
scaling?
