Raw Therapee is a great tool, but I find the documentation befuddling. I'd
like to convert about 100 Nefs to 16 bit pgn. I'm not making edits at this
time, but would also be interested in knowing what my optional line would be to
apply a batch edit.

I'm running Gimp 2.8.4 on Ubuntu 13.04 Linux (64-bit) and I'm using it
to open a XCF file I created back in 2009. Unfortunately, I don't
remember the version of Gimp that was used to create the XCF file.
Anyway, when I open this XCF file in Gimp 2.8.4, it opens fine and I can
see the layers fine
