rest of gimp can treat it as a bitmap but if you click on it then
you get the SVG editing tools up and can treat it as a SVG.
Having a seperate program for vector and raster graphics is a pain as 9
times out of 10 I want to combine them.
It would also mean you could import and export paths.

was wondering was where i can get Deluxe paint animationI used to use the
program and it was the easiest program for me to use. if you have any idea where
i can get the software please let me know.

note that cost is not a factor with the monitor,
but is a factor with the card.
Also, if anyone has any experiences with online vendors, or at least good
links, I'd like to hear them to :)
