My job is computer programming.
Eye condition is normal (except slight near-sightedness).
I adjust the brightness, in day it's about 60-70%, in evening 15-30%
Software should be soft and flexible, isn't it?
Don't mind 'GitHub', it could be 'Firefox', doesn't matter from where to
get a motivation
