Repeating an earlier question:
* Is there a mechanism in place to fight corruption, complain about it,
and effectively seek redress as and when it occurs?
* It is a question of honesty levels, moral fibre of a people, or more
importantly also have systems in place to tackle the problem?

Dear Miguel and other Goanetters,
The case of corruption which I am going to relate is not a hearsay case
but a real one. But let me state right in the beginning that I don't know
the name of the officer in question nor the state to which he belongs -

Dear Goanetters,
The subject post seem to have hit a 'raw nerve'. Does we need to prove
this?? some only want to paint a rosy picture of the present government,
which i frankly feel is untrue. The question here is 'Is this required'??
what is the outcome of making a complain to the CVC after
cell or send an email to the CVC.
Or is it a cock and bull story? If not, get us the details and post them on
the goanet. It takes courage to apologise for making unsubstantiated
allegations.
Viva Goa.

After a very short stay back home. Yesterday I boarded my flight back from
Goa. After the immigration check, I met a guy returning to work like myself.
He was looking quite sad. normally its always the routine emotional scenes
you get to see at the departure lounge. But this was with a difference.
