I've been banned from Google Code for hosting there closed-sourced project.
I violated the rules. I was wrong. It will never-gonna-happen again.
But what can I do get at least read-only access to other projects hosted on
Google Code? I mean, read wiki, create issues, read source code? Currently

from which I removed source code some time ago (few years) (a violation). I
left the project on google.code in case if someone will look at it. Now I
am completely banned from google code, without being able to report issues

It was really frustrating to lose access for other projects. Now I'm happy
again, and see that ToS violation can have very unpleasant consequences.
p.s. Although I will miss my lazyproject that was starred by 17 people. =)
And I really miss the opportunity to delete
