I want to take over the axe project- it looks abandoned and i have a new
data miner that works by reducing columns, reducing rows, reducing
dimensions, then reducing rules. Axe would be a perfect name for that
one.

While creating the project, please note that you can set a content
license separate from the source code license. This gives you the
option of using Creative Commons licenses, which are usually more
