I see your project's Downloads quota is 4 GB, most of which is not used, so
I take it you're asking for the maximum filesize to be upped. Unfortunately
we can't increase that much higher than .5 GB since it could potentially
destabilize our Downloads

this project has been open source for the last 10+ years and is used
by several leading universities all over the globe. The only thing
which is not located at google is the source code, since this project
using source forge for subversion and it
