Re: Access Denied: bitcoinarmory project hosting

2013-07-30 Thread Alan Reiner
Mike,

The code is open-source and hosted on github. When github stopped
supporting downloads, I switched to using code.google.com for downloads
not realizing that I needed to move the source code as well. It
would've been nice to receive some kind of notification before getting
shut off.

Can I get it re-enabled so I can switch to using code.google.com as my
primary repo? It makes more sense to have the code and downloads in one
place, anyway.

2013-07-29 Thread Jason Hall
FWIW we don't have a problem with you hosting the code on GitHub and the
downloads on code.google.com, as long as it's clear that the code is
available somewhere, perhaps with large text on the front page pointing to
the repo on GitHub.

You account was banned for having downloads without corresponding source
code available. code.google.com is intended for collaborative development,
and if the source code is not available there can't be any collaboration.

Access Denied: bitcoinarmory project hosting

2013-07-29 Thread Alan Reiner
I am the maintainer of http://code.google.com/p/bitcoinarmory/ which has
been inaccessible for the last 2-3 days. I attempted to access other
projects and was told "Access Denied" so I assumed it was a service-wide
problem. But so far it has not been resolved, and it appears I can
access other projects, *only* if I am signed out and anonymous.
However, even then I still cannot find or access the bitcoinarmory.

Please assist in restoring this project as soon as possible, as it is
affecting my new business which relies on users being able to access
those downloads.
