Thank you! A few notes for non-developers: You have to unhide your Library folder: chflags nohidden ~/Library/ You need to make a folder called Bundles in ~/Library/Mail and copy this file into it. Then restart Mail. Simple tests of decryption, encryption and signing all worked great. Thanks

FWIW, I think it is absolutely possible and workable to have a version released where for example GUI for settings is _not_ implemented. That way people can try and see whether the actual functionality in Mail.App works. The settings file should be possible to edit by hand, or use the old one.
