Hey,
During GUADEC I filled the paper form to ask for an invoice for GUADEC
accommodation as the tool to request it online didn't work for me.
However, I still haven't received any invoice, is that expected? I'm
being asked for it, hence this request :)
Thanks,

16:00 UTC is better for me than 14:00

As said on IRC, I like Aula. Rubenv suggested using Rupert and Wilbert

Hi,
Now that the paper selection is done, I think we need to have
something to say about lightning talks. Do we send a call for
lightning talks and make some selection for maybe half of the slots?
Or do we let it people organize themselves using a wiki? What is the
deadline for talks then? etc etc

Hi,
We (the paper committee) nearly finalized the list of
accepted/rejected talks today, we'll start notifying the speakers
tomorrow. I was wondering if there were any templates from the
previous years that could be reused or if we'd have to come up with
something?
Thanks,
Christophe

Hi everyone,
Selected talks for GUADEC should have been announced today (April
10th). Unfortunately, we are a bit late, this mail is to announce that
the notifications about accepted papers will be sent on Friday, April
16th.
Sorry for the delay,
