are highly disappointed... We get overload on every frequency on both LW and
MW. It overloads even worse than the Sangean CST-818 rx with local 1450 kHz

550 WGR Buffalo, NY 1814 EST - out of the poor-strenght domestic caught a live

annihilate the 550 domestics when I tuned on the low side of the channel. Is it
the Algeria-549 juggernaut ? After all, Spain-585 was very good at times and
everything is possible...

definitively something that sounds like a het, when I tune around 550.5 or 551
there is nothing, but on 549 there is something, but my receiver isn't
selective enough to pick it down up; however it does an excellent job on
separing Spain-585 from CFRA-580 and WEZE/mess-590... Of course, 5 kHz
just like Cadena La Voz
de la Victoria.

since 555 along with 895 are the only remaining PAN-AMERICAN splits, being as
far-away as possible from the closed domestic NA channels, do they reach
Western Canada or Oregon on occasions ?
Has Patrick Martin in Seaside, OR or someone else logged ZIZ 555 or Voice of
Nevis 595 ?

music and Caribbean-accented announcer with rhythmic chatter during the reggae
segment with TALKOVER effect. Up and down, but fair-good on peaks and quite
