This is clearly something we have to talk about. VistA HL7 uses the station number to identify snding and receiving facilities. IFCAP cannot be used without a station number. Cameron is probably right that modifying this field is not an option if compatibility with Standard VistA is required, but

Try this from the installation instructions on the Hardhats web site, step 78. If you are planning to use the VistA applications such as Registration, Scheduling etc. you need to add new Institution to the INSTITUTION File. Go back to the VISTA prompt and SET XUMF=1 then D Q^DI. Select Option
