modification of what was in the installation instructions covering the
changes to %ZOSV.

memory here, you need to increase the number of allowable jobs (not
licenses). I think this crash can happen if taskman is either not
running, or runs out of available tasks or submanagers. Check 'taskman

I think, from what others have written before, that this is a quick
error about an insufficient number of licences, and to contact IRM
immediately. If that is the problem, then there has been a solution
posted. You have to change the code so that it operates with less
