What "package" did you buy?
What did you get with it (hardware & software & drivers)?

I dl'd and looked at the specs for both chips. If it were me, I would not
even think about a swap. First the ratio's (?) are not compatible, and
then the FSB speeds are not even close. One is a Celeron and the other is a
true P4. May not be same "family/etch/stepping" going on here. I
'One click' converters are usually rubbish.

Okay a different kind of PC hardware question. My company just got
screwed over pretty good by National Instruments. Basically we bought
