Thane, I dl'd and looked at the specs for both chips. If it were me, I would not even think about a swap. First the ratio's (?) are not compatible, and then the FSB speeds are not even close. One is a Celeron and the other is a true P4. May not be same "family/etch/stepping" going on here. I
