[HCP-Users] Temporal signal to noise ratio of HCP subjects

2018-12-20 Thread Aaron C
Dear HCP experts, I am looking for temporal signal to noise ratio of the resting state data of HCP subjects. Is that information available somewhere? Also, is there any existing scene file to check GM/WM segmentation quality? Thank you. ___

Hi Ely, That is helpful to know. We have not validated MSMAll for very small amounts of fMRI data, and recommend using as much fMRI data as is available for each subject. Matt. From: "Ely, Benjamin" mailto:benjamin@mssm.edu>> Date: Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 9:44 AM To: Matt Glasser

Dear experts, I've processed my data through the HCP structural pipeline (prefreesurfer, freesurfer, and postfreesurfer), and was wondering if there is a way to extract metrics from the myelin mapping data. I noticed here,

Hi Matt, MSMAll didn't work very well the first time we tried using 10 min (600 vol) of resting-state data only, but we re-ran it after concatenating the resting-state run with some task runs and that seems to have mostly fixed the issue. Dropbox links to screenshots below in case anyone is

Dear Matt, So sorry, I didn't realize metrics were stored in those files (I was looking for a text file like FreeSurfer's aseg.stats). Thank you for the clarification! Sincerely, Anna On 12/20/18 11:26 AM, Glasser, Matthew wrote: > Do you mean GIFTI surface files? > > Matt. > > On 12/20/18,
