I didn't explicitly save that matrix, but you could recreate it using the files
that were shared. You can parcellate one of the group dense PCA series
(.dtseries) that was shared, then make "key" timeseries according to the groups

script if you generate the correct file names that these scripts need.

The claustrum is currently not included in the grayordinates space because
FreeSurfer does not automatically segment it in individual subjects. This will
hopefully change in the future.
