I didn't explicitly save that matrix, but you could recreate it using the files that were shared. You can parcellate one of the group dense PCA series (.dtseries) that was shared, then make "key" timeseries according to the groups of key areas listed in the supplemental methods. It's worth not

Dear HCP experts, I have a question about how to identify grayordinates belong to the claustrum. Is there a way to draw a mask in subcortical grayordinates in Connectome Workbench? Or, are there any other ways to do so with a better accuracy? Thank you.
