Additional info: Seems that they 'painted' the Tyvek with a clear acrylic flame retardant. It's talked about in the .PDF datasheet. You can paint normal Tyvek easily. Amazon, (among many other places) sell a clear fireproofing liquid (says it can be mixed with paints):
