Hi Are you processing to Pwax? If so, I stain my mouse DRGS ( very small) using Haemalum. 5 mins max ( I use Gill's I) then blue in alkaline tapwater for 10 mins before Pwax processing Stain from Formalin or alcohol but.rinse in dist water to remove before staining. The "blue" stays nicely

Hi, I have researched the archives but still have concerns. I have some very small pieces of tissue that are in 70% ETOH. Should I mark them with eosin or safranin O? From what I have read the tissues were still in formalin, and mine are already in alcohol. Can they still be marked? At the
