Hi Jessica,

there are actually quite a number of Abs working on sheep tissues. Take a
look at this paper, most of them work in sheep (I believe all but
gamm-IFN). Let me know if you cannot access the paper and I will send you a
copy.

We have not tried Ram-11 in sheep it's a macrophage antibody against rabbit, in 
our hands it did not cross react with human, cyno or rat.  We use MAC387 to 
stain macrophages in sheep.  It's not entirely specific to macrophages but it 
is what we have used in the past.
