Edit the skill.cfg file look for
sk_battery1 15
There's 3 of them, 1 for each skill setting.

I know that the difference between standard and full is this
in full you get monster/weapon/dmc code as well as a lot of the
monster/player models source, a couple map source ability to make a
single/multiplayer (think standard just compiles a mp game)
basically FULL
I tried it, I wasnt really able to do much in it and it has an annoying THIS
IS A LEARNING EDITION over all the edit screens so I got mad and uninstalled
it. It is a little better than gmax if it wasn't for that annoying message.
