You're totally correct, setting mp_tournament_allow_non_admin_ restart to 0 on the server prevents the execution of the command (was a bit bored so I updated a TF2 server). The value isn't replicated to the client, but it doesn't really matter for this. Happy Holidays, Kyle. On Mon, Dec 24,
