I am experiencing the same problems but in windows server 2003. The server was
working perfectly until last update.
But now, after the second map change, the server will crash, always.
Tested downloading full server, vanilla server without configs (only setting
rcon), with the same results.
You can get some better luck using Accelerator to get dumps:

Or you can try launching your servers with -nobreakpad so that the crash
dumps don't get consumed by Valve's breakpad handler.
