[hlds] L4D2 update

We had a second crash about 30 minutes after the first on all Linux servers, it does however reference sourcemod as one of the culprits of the crash, running a 1 week old dev snap of 1.4 SM which i was hoping would solve the problem. I also like others don't believe SM is the problem here but

We on the other hand couldn't get killcam to work :s Until I set mp_forcecamera 0 which means now dead players if on vent/ts with m8's can relay info after death. Hopefully mp_forcecamera 1 when killcam is enabled will be fixed. So to disable killcam just set mp_forcecamera 1 in server.cfg
