Looks like the reason why it broke is from TF2. Atleast Mann VS Machine
now asks if you want to leave or not when disconnect it hit. The change
of this feature broke it in DODS.

Has anyone noticed issues with Quickplay since about 2 weeks ago?
We have several servers, some of which have no issues filling, but
others get no quickplay traffic at all as of late, despite having both a
gameserver identity (in good standing) and tf_mm_servermode set to 1.

Yeah I've noticed it has been slower lately but I figured it may just be
slower and not a problem with Quickplay. I thought about making a post here
on it but I know that Quickplay discussions offend certain people here.
