This was my assumption as well but one of our players requested it, noting
that he couldn't find any information on it disabling Quickplay. I did some
searching and couldn't find any info on it either. The only mention of
something similar is for damage spread and the nodmgspread tag.

There seems to be a Problem with the mapcycle.txt - the server doesnt
re-read it on mapchange and does play the current mapcycle in the right
order.
And there seems to be a problem with hltv recording demos - it doesnt
record .

I figured if one update in a day is good, 2 are better! I've updated CS 1.6
again, this update fixes several server crashes due to bogus player pointers
around connect/disconnect.
