I just want to make sure I understand this: We are just talking about getting an email for squares that we personally have marked as completed when it gets validated or invalidated, not for every square that gets validated. Or, as an alternative: Every square that we have personally marked

Oh, one other thing. When I am putting a fixme=Location approximate node in place, if there are tiny settlements or individual buildings in the area I will make sure I mark them properly as buildings or residential areas on the OSM map so someone in the field could at least have an idea of
