Hi, Seems changeset comments loaded via HOT taks into JOSM have spaces and other symbols replaced by their percent-ending equivalent, as recorded here[1]. I've ignored and entered correct comments several times. Anyone also experiencing this? How did you fix it? Or am missing something. 1.
