We found the real problem.
When we upgraded to z/OS 1.7, the entry was there.
Then a month later, our Service Provider 'accidently' deleted it.
They s**wed up! Big time.

documentation), even as a hint.
This is causing issues with our DB2V8 implementation.

I think the problem is our service provider.
