Worked for me even logging out, closing all browsers and going back it

I opened an ETR on the IBM LINK. My problem is how do I respond or post a
follow up question? I checked all the options but I did not find anything that
would help me. I even posted a question via the HELP option. So far no news.
Can somebody please advise me

one on IBMLINK itself, so am not 100% sure that would work.
